State and Federal Law Governing this Contract. A. CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state law, including the applicable sections of the state plan and waiver, including but not limited to the statutes and regulations incorporated by reference below in Sections C, F, and G, in its provision of services as the Mental Health Plan.
