State and Federal Reporting. OP shall report timely and accurate information to TISD as necessary for TISD to comply with all applicable state and federal requirements. OP shall report information in the manner requested by TISD and correct any demonstrable errors as requested by TISD provided that the manner of reporting or correction quested is not unduly burdensome to TISD.
