State Conference. The District shall grant all the CSEA's authorized delegates five (5) days' paid leave for the purpose of attending CSEA's annual conference. 7.8.1 Definition of all means two delegates for the first 150 members and one additional delegate for each additional one-hundred (100) members or fraction thereof.
