State Disbursement. Unit (SDU) This unit is responsible for the centralized receipt and disbursement of child support and other support-related payments. The SDU includes the activities and staff at the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund (WI SCTF) located in Milwaukee. The State of Wisconsin currently contracts with a private vendor for SDU operations.
