State Ethics Commission Financial Disclosure Requirements. Employees who are required to file a "Statement of Financial Disclosure” with the State Ethics Commission, under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 268B, shall do so in a timely manner as prescribed by the State Ethics Commission. The State Ethics Commission will notify each employee who is required to file such a statement.
