Eligible members with a disability determination based on Social Security Administration criteria are automatically confirmed medically frail by the State, and the Contractor will not be responsible for verifying the medically frail designation. Eligible members who have been confirmed HIV positive and identified to the State by the Indiana Department of Health will be automatically confirmed medically frail by the State, the Contractor will not be responsible for verifying the medically frail designation.
