Common use of State Meetings Clause in Contracts

State Meetings. The Project Manager shall work collaboratively with the State and participate in person in regularly scheduled statewide Blueprint program activities and meetings, including, but not limited to:  Project Manager meetings  Combined Blueprint and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Field Team meetings  Expansion Design and Evaluation Committee meetings (often combined with Executive Committee meetings)  Payment Implementation Work Group meetings  Information Technology meetings  The Blueprint Annual and Semi-Annual Conferences (usually held in April and October)  Regional Coordinator meetings (when invited) The Project Manager shall meet regularly with the State’s Blueprint Assistant Director. These meetings shall occur either in person or via telephone call according to a frequency set by the Assistant Director and at least once per month. The Project Manager shall prepare an agenda and maintain a log of action items and progress from these regular check-in meetings. The Assistant Director may also request updates on specific activities within the HSA either in advance of or during the check-in meetings.
