Common use of State-Specific Rates, Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

State-Specific Rates, Terms and Conditions. 18.2.1 For ease of administration, this Agreement may contain certain specified rates, terms and conditions which apply only in a designated state (“state-specific terms”). To the extent that this Agreement contains specified rates, terms and conditions which apply only in a given state, such rates, terms and conditions shall not apply and shall have no effect in any other state(s).
