STATE STREET PERSONNEL; USE OF LOCATIONS. 4.1 State Street Personnel. “State Street Personnel” means employees of State Street and State Street Affiliates who perform any Services. A BTC Recipient may request, and State Street will furnish a staffing plan regarding State Street Personnel for a Service Module at any time during the Agreement Term.
