State Tort Claims Act Not Applicable. For purposes of this contract, Contractor is not an officer, employee, or agent of the State of Oregon as those terms are used in ORS 30.265. Contractor accepts responsibility for all actions of its members, officers, employees, parties, agents and subcontractors.
