Stated Contributions. As a result of the contributions and special distribution described in Section 4.1(a), the Members’ stated contribution amounts (the “Stated Contribution Amount”) as of the date of the Initial Closing will be as set forth on Exhibit E. From time to time, the Stated Contribution Amount of each Member will be (a) increased by the amount of any additional cash or the Agreed Value of Properties contributed by it to the capital of the Company (other than Priority Loans or amounts funded pursuant to Section 4.4(e)), and (b) decreased by the amount of any special distributions made to such Member pursuant to the applicable Contribution Agreement and as described in Sections 4.1 and 5.3.
Stated Contributions. The Members’ stated contribution amounts (the “Stated Contribution Amount”) resulting from the contributions and special distribution described in Section 4.1 and elsewhere herein shall be tracked and recorded in the books and records of the Company. From time to time, the Stated Contribution Amount of each Member will be (a) increased by the amount of any additional cash or the Agreed Value of Properties contributed by it to the capital of the Company (other than Priority Loans or amounts funded pursuant to Section 4.4(e)), and (b) decreased by the amount of any special distributions made to such Member pursuant to the applicable Contribution Agreement and as described in Sections 4.1 and 5.3.

  • User Contributions The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website.   • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.
