Common use of Statement at Completion Clause in Contracts

Statement at Completion. Not later than 84 days after the issue of the Taking-Over Certificate in respect of the whole of the works, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a statement at completion showing in detail, in a form approved by the Engineer; The final value of all work done in accordance with the Contract up to the date stated in such Taking-Over Certificate. Any further sums which the Contractor considers to be due; and An estimate of amounts that the Contractor considers will become due to him under the Contract. Estimate amounts shall be shown separately in the Statement at Completion. The Contractor shall amend and correct the Statement as directed by the Engineer and submit a Certificate at Completion to be processed as in Sub-Clause 60.2.
