Statement of Amount Owing. Grantor upon request by Beneficiary will furnish a written statement duly acknowledged of the amount due under the Loan Documents and whether any offsets or defenses exist against the amount due.

On request, Grantor will also use its best efforts to obtain and deliver to Beneficiary a written certificate from each lessee of all or any portion of the Property that its lease is in effect, that there are no defaults by the lessor under the lease, and that rent is not paid more than thirty (30) days in advance.
