STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTEREST. If HCAOG determines CONSULTANT comes within the definition of CONTRACTOR under the Political Reform Act (Government Code §87100), CONSULTANT shall complete and file and shall require any other person doing work under this Contract to complete and file a "Statement of Economic Interest" with HCAOG disclosing CONSULTANT and/or such other person's financial interests.
