Statement of Management Objectives. This Statement of Management Objectives applies to the performance-based Restricted Stock Units granted to the Grantee on the Date of Grant and applies with respect to the Performance Share Units Agreement between the Company and the Grantee (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used in the Agreement that are not specifically defined in this Statement of Management Objectives have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement or in the Plan, as applicable.
