Statement of Management Objectives. This Statement of Management Objectives applies to the PRSUs granted to the Holder on the Date of Grant and applies with respect to the Performance-Based Restricted Share Units Terms (the “Agreement”) and the Performance-Based Restricted Share Units Award Memorandum between the Company and the Holder (the “Award Memorandum”). Capitalized terms used in this Statement of Management Objectives that are not specifically defined in this Statement of Management Objectives have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement, the Award Memorandum or in the Plan, as applicable.
