Agreement Objectives. (a) The fundamental objective that the Parties have in creating the Agreement is to produce an agreed industrial relations framework that encourages achievement of the following goals on the Project.
(1) A safe and healthy Project Site environment where everyone works towards achieving the health and safety management philosophy of an injury and incident free Project;
(2) A Project where everyone has the opportunity to perform their best work and achieve a sense of personal satisfaction by the time they complete their work assignment;
(3) A Project where all participants' efforts and best work translate into a high quality result for the Project;
(4) A Project where all participants work toward the common goal of completing the construction work on the Project within the defined schedule and budget;
(5) A Project where leaders focus on understanding and dealing with people issues;
(6) A Project where all participants listen to others point of view and act to amicably resolve any differences of opinion that may occur from time to time without ever resorting to unreasonable or unlawful means to achieve the result they wish to achieve;
(7) A Project where, by all the participants acting in a considerate and respectful manner, positive relations with the local community they are performing the construction work in are maintained.
(b) The Employer is accountable to:
(1) Provide the management resource and support needed to achieve an injury and incident free Project;
(2) Encourage its leaders to focus on issues raised by any member of their team;
(3) Ensure its leaders act to address appropriately and in a timely manner, any concern raised by any member of their team;
(4) Act at all times with fairness, honesty and in a trustworthy manner, responding to issues or concerns raised in a timely manner;
(5) Recognise the talents and capabilities of their Employees and encourage excellence in construction execution.
(c) Each Employee is accountable to:
(1) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work area, ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed at all times and within their duty of care, take responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of other Employees;
(2) Comply with Project environmental health and safety regulations, procedures and practices;
(3) Participate in and comply with the Project’s cultural and environmental processes;
(4) Ensure their personal fitness for work on each day they are scheduled to work;

(1) The satisfaction of its clients’ needs by providing service of the highest quality by motivated employees who are committed to achieving the highest standards of service quality, continuity and client confidentiality;

Agreement Objectives. The objectives of this Agreement are to: • Evaluate whether the findings of the prior studies4 hold up in the case of mass deployment of the APMD technology. This evaluation will be presented in the Final Report. • Investigate new issues that emerge when the APMD technology is deployed at a mass scale, across multiple customers and sites. • Investigate energy information system capabilities associated with the APMD technologies that were not yet developed at the time of prior studies and/or were not the focus of the evaluations. • Compare and contrast multiple vendor offerings in the commercial APMD market.
Agreement Objectives. The objectives of this Agreement are to: • Implement and evaluate various design-based strategies to reduce building energy use to achieve ZNE. • Install and monitor high-efficiency systems, appliances, and passive plug-load reduction strategies. • Prioritize the relative benefit of specific efficiency measures toward achieving ZNE. • Provide examples and proof-of-concept for ZNE residential construction. • Provide guidance for California homebuilders interested in reaching zero energy ahead of, or in line with statutory requirements for (BEES) Title 24 standards. • Refine the technical definition of ZNE by evaluating and suggesting improvements to modeling assumptions.
Agreement Objectives. (a) Savings provisions No employee, as a result of the making of this Agreement, shall suffer any loss of wages or other agreement related benefits prior to the date of this Agreement coming into operation, except where such a change arises from effect and commencement of this Agreement.

Agreement Objectives. 1.1 The following key Agreement objectives shall underpin both Parties’ approach to the implementation and performance of this Agreement:
1.1.1 to work together to provide a well-structured and quality Apprenticeship to each Apprentice incorporating both educational learning and practical skills training so as to provide the Apprentice with essential employment skills and to challenge and realise their potential;
1.1.2 to provide a safe work and learning environment in accordance with good practice;
1.1.3 to deliver quality training to apprentices through the College, supporting Xxxxxxxx’s employment needs through a flexible and responsive provision.
1.2 Both Parties agree to use all reasonable and proper efforts in the implementation of this Agreement and the performance of their obligations to promote and apply these Agreement Objectives.
Agreement Objectives. 1.8.1 Both the Union and Airservices are committed to fostering an employment relationship between Airservices and employees which is based on mutual respect, cooperation and the principles of consultation and participation in all aspects relating to employment conditions.
1.8.2 It is acknowledged that Airservices’ management has a responsibility, on a continuous basis, to review the way work is performed and organised with a view to improving productivity and the way Airservices operates. Therefore, subject to observing consultation obligations in this Agreement and the related obligation to mitigate adverse effects of change on employees, it is accepted by employees and the Union that business reform is likely to be ongoing during the life of the Agreement and that they too will be open, co-operative and responsive to the need for continuous reform and improvement.
