Although certain of these items are addressed elsewhere in this Agreement, the following listing of the required provisions is set forth for convenient reference. The numbering below corresponds to the numbering utilized under Section 6-31-60 (A) for the required items: A. Legal Description of Property and Legal and Equitable Owners.
