Statements Concerning Employer. Employee shall refrain, both during the employment relationship and after the termination of the employment relationship, from publishing any oral or written statements about Employer or any of its affiliates or any officers, employees, agents or representatives thereof that are slanderous, libelous or defamatory, or that constitute an intrusion into the private lives or personal affairs of any of the foregoing, or that give rise to unreasonable or unfavorable publicity regarding any of the foregoing, or that constitute a misappropriation of the name or likeness of any of the foregoing.
