Common use of STATEMENTS TO BONDHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

STATEMENTS TO BONDHOLDERS. On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee and the Certificate Registrar shall forward by mail to each Bondholder and Certificateholder, respectively, the Statement prepared pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
