Common use of Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Noteholder (or make available on its investor website) and the Owner Trustee (or, if the Indenture Trustee is the Paying Agent with respect to the Certificates, the Indenture Trustee) shall include with each distribution to each Certificateholder a statement (which statement may be the Servicer’s Certificate and which statement shall also be provided to the Servicer and the Servicer will thereafter deliver or otherwise make available a copy of such statement to each Rating Agency) based on information in the Servicer’s Certificate furnished pursuant to Section 4.08, setting forth for the Collection Period relating to such Distribution Date the following information:
