Common use of Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders. On each Determination Date preceding a Distribution Date, the Administrator shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Trustee (with a copy to the Rating Agencies) for the Indenture Trustee to forward on such succeeding Distribution Date to each Noteholder of record and for the Trustee to forward on such succeeding Distribution Date to each Certificateholder of record a statement, setting forth at least the following information with respect to such Distribution Date as to the Notes and the Certificates to the extent applicable:

On each Determination Date preceding a Distribution Date, the Administrator shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Trustee (with a copy to the Rating Agencies) for the Indenture Trustee to forward on such succeeding Distribution Date to each Noteholder holder of record of the Notes and to the Eligible Lender Trustee for the Eligible Lender Trustee to forward on such succeeding Distribution Date to each Certificateholder holder of record of the Certificates a statementstatement substantially in the form of Exhibits A and B, respectively, setting forth at least the following information with respect to such Distribution Date as to the Notes and the Certificates Certificates, to the extent applicable:
