Common use of Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Certificateholders and Noteholders. (a) On each Payment Date, the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Paying Agent (for the Paying Agent to forward to each Noteholder of record pursuant to the Indenture) and to the Owner Trustee (for the Owner Trustee to forward to each Certificateholder of record pursuant to the Trust Agreement) a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B (or such other form that is acceptable to the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Servicer), with a copy to the Rating Agencies, setting forth at least the following information as to the Notes (separately stating such information as to the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes) and the Certificates, to the extent applicable:
