Statements to Certificateholders; Collection Reports. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Paying Agent shall forward by mail to all of the Holders of each Class of Certificates, the Trustee, the Underwriters, the Placement Agents, the Servicer, the Special Servicer and a financial market publisher (which initially shall be Bloomberg, L.P.) a statement (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit H hereto) as to the distributions made on such Distribution Date (each, a "Distribution Date Statement") setting forth:
