State’s Student Performance Requirements. In addition to evaluating the School’s success in achieving the objectives stated in the School Improvement Plan, the School shall meet the State’s student performance requirements as delineated in State Board of Education Rule 6A-1.09981, Implementation of Florida’s System of School Improvement and Accountability, pursuant to §§1002.02, 1008.33, and 1008.345, F.S. This accountability criterion shall be based upon the assessment systems of the School, the Sponsor, and the State.
