Common use of STATIONS' ASSETS Clause in Contracts

STATIONS' ASSETS. Subject to and in reliance upon the representations, warranties and agreements herein set forth, and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained, on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 4), Seller agrees to convey, sell, assign, transfer and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase certain of the assets of the Station, including, but not limited to, the following assets (collectively, the "Station's Assets"):
