Common use of Status of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Status of Agreement. 1.2.1 This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulation, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. 1.2.2 All provisions shall continue in effect until a successor Agreement is negotiated as per 5.1.1. 1.2.3 This Agreement may be reopened on any item (s) during the term of the contract by mutual consent of the parties. Any modification of the contract will be by written mutual agreement of the parties.
