Common use of Status of Charges Clause in Contracts

Status of Charges. All charges to a Debit Card, other than co-payments and real-time substantiation as described in Subsection (a) above, are treated as conditional pending confirmation of the charge, and additional third-party information, such as merchant or service provider receipts, describing the service or product, the date of the service or sale, and the amount, must be submitted for review and substantiation.
