The consequences of a person on a return from layoff list or seasonal rehire list, as a result of a positive test, will be the following: a. Return from Layoff: 1. Alcohol test results of 0.04 or greater or a positive drug test. 2. Alcohol test results of less than 0.04. b. Seasonal Rehire 1. Alcohol test result of 0.04 or greater or positive drug test. 2. Alcohol test results of less than 0.04.
