Common use of Statute of Limitation Clause in Contracts

Statute of Limitation. To the extent not prohibited by the applicable law, any claims in court or arbitration must be filed within 1 (one) year from the date when a right to file was born or after the accrual of the cause of action. Claims filed after the foregoing term will be precluded by this provision and deemed time barred.
