Common use of Statute of Limitations; Continued Performance Clause in Contracts

Statute of Limitations; Continued Performance. The Parties agree to waive the applicable statute of limitations during the period of time that the Parties are seeking to resolve a Dispute pursuant to Sections 8.3.2 and 8.3.3, and the statute of limitations shall be tolled for such period. The Parties shall continue to perform their obligations under this Agreement during the resolution of a Dispute.
