Statutes and Ordinances. The Urban Renewal Entity hereby agrees at all times prior to the expiration or other Termination of this Financial Agreement to remain bound by the provisions of Applicable Law, including, but not limited to, the Exemption Law. The Urban Renewal Entity’s failure to comply with such statutes or ordinances shall constitute a violation and breach of the Financial Agreement.
