Common use of Statutes and Ordinances Clause in Contracts

Statutes and Ordinances. The Entity hereby agrees at all times prior to the expiration or Termination of this Agreement to remain bound by the provisions of Applicable Law and any lawful ordinances and resolutions of the City, including, but not limited to, the Long Term Tax Exemption Law. The Entity's failure to comply with such statutes or ordinances shall constitute a violation and breach of the Agreement. {End of Article XII}
