Statutes and Regulations Applicable To All Grant Contracts. Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable requirements of Federal, State, County and City of Los Angeles laws, executive orders, regulations, program and administrative requirements, policies and any other requirements governing this Agreement and the Grant. Subrecipient shall comply with state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment. Subrecipient shall comply with new, amended, or revised laws, regulations, and/or procedures that apply to the performance of this Agreement and the Grant. When reference is made in the provisions set forth in this Section 415 with regards to laws, rules and regulations “as applicable” (or a variation thereof) to the Subrecipient, it shall be construed to mean “as applicable” to the Subrecipient as a subgrantee of the Grant.
