Common use of Statutory and Common Law Duties Clause in Contracts

Statutory and Common Law Duties. The duties the Executive owes to the Company under this Agreement shall be deemed to include federal and state statutory and common law obligations of the Executive, and do not in any way supersede or limit any of the obligations or duties the Executive owes to the Company. This Agreement is intended, among other things, to supplement the provisions of the Illinois Uniform Trade Secrets Act, as enacted and amended from time to time.
