Common use of Statutory and Common Law Duties Clause in Contracts

Statutory and Common Law Duties. The duties Executive owes to the Employer under this Agreement shall be deemed to include federal, statutory, and the common law obligations of the Executive, and does not in any way supersede or limit any of the obligations or duties Executive otherwise owes to the Employer. This Agreement is intended, among other things, to supplement the provisions of the Indiana Trade Secrets Act, and other applicable state trade secrets laws, as enacted and amended from time to time.
