STATUTORY AND OTHER REGULATIONS. If Seller's obligations under the Contract shall be increased or reduced by reason of the making or amendment after the date of Seller's quotation of any law or any order, regulation or bye-law having the force of law that shall affect the performance of Seller's obligations under the Contract, the Contract Price and delivery period shall be adjusted accordingly and/or performance of the Contract suspended or terminated, as appropriate.
