A provider is able to check the eligibility of a child’s two-year-old application reference number eligibility code via a validity checking service button at the bottom of the dashboard in their Wiltshire Council Early Years Establishment Portal account. Where the parent meets the eligibility criteria for the Early Years Entitlement, the funding will start from the beginning of the term following the child’s second birthday.
