Statutory Declaration. Within five days after receiving notice from the City, the Owner must deliver to the City a statutory declaration, substantially in the form attached as Schedule A, as applicable, sworn by the Owner, or a knowledgeable director, officer or employee of any corporate Owner, under oath before a commissioner for taking affidavits in British Columbia, containing all of the information required to complete the statutory declaration. The City may request such a statutory declaration no more than four times in any year.
