Common use of Statutory Grounds for Revocation Clause in Contracts

Statutory Grounds for Revocation. In addition to the grounds for an automatic revocation of the Contract as set forth in Section 10.7, this Contract may also be revoked by the University Board upon a determination by the University Board, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 10.6, that one or more of the following has occurred:
