Common use of STATUTORY INVALIDITY Clause in Contracts

STATUTORY INVALIDITY. The CUSTOMER and the CONTRACTOR expressly agree that should any limitation or provision contained in this Contract be held to be invalid under any particular Law, it shall to that extent be deemed to be omitted but, if either the CUSTOMER or the CONTRACTOR thereby becomes liable for loss or damage which would have otherwise been excluded, such liability shall be subject to the other limitations and provisions set out herein. ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The CONTRACTOR shall comply in all material respects with all applicable environmental Laws in force from time to time in relation to the Ordered IT Products. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the CONTRACTOR shall promptly provide all such information regarding the environmental impact of the Ordered IT Products as may reasonably be requested by the CUSTOMER. The CONTRACTOR shall meet all reasonable requests by the CUSTOMER for information evidencing compliance with the provisions of Clause 26.1 by the CONTRACTOR.
