The defendant understands that upon his plea of guilty to the Information charging him with theft from an organization receiving federal funds, the maximum penalty the Court may impose is not more than ten years of imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, not more than three years of supervised release, a mandatory order of restitution and a $100 mandatory special assessment per felony count of conviction which must be paid in full at the time of sentencing.
