Statutory Powers. 5.10. It is acknowledged that nothing in this Lease derogates from, interferes with, or xxxxxxx the exercise by the Landlord of all of its rights and obligations as a municipality (whether discretionary or mandatory), or imposes any obligations on the Landlord in its role as a municipality, and the Landlord shall not be prevented from or prejudiced in carrying out its statutory rights and responsibilities, including its planning rights and responsibilities.
