Statutory Requirement. This Contract has been adopted as part of Rule 19-8.010, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), in fulfillment of the statutory requirement that the SBA enter into a Contract with each Company writing Covered Policies in Florida. Under Section 215.555(4)(a), Florida Statutes, the SBA must enter into such a Contract with each such Company, and each such Company must enter into the Contract as a condition of doing business in Florida. Under Section 215.555(16)(c), Florida Statutes, Companies writing Covered Policies must execute the Contract by March 1 of the immediately preceding Contract Year.
Statutory Requirement. Any employee, except those covered by Article 28.02 reporting for work at the call of the Employer and then no work is provided, shall nevertheless receive two (2) hours pay for so reporting, or in the case where an employee has commenced work the employee shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

In each agency award (i.e., grant or cooperative agreement) under which funding is provided to a private entity, section 106(g) of the TVPA, as amend- ed, requires the agency to include a condition that authorizes the agency to terminate the award, without pen- alty, if the recipient or a sub- recipient—
Statutory Requirement. Work that is required to be contracted out by federal or state statute.
Statutory Requirement. Worker’s compensation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Worker's Compensation Act, as amended. Notwithstanding the rating and financial size categories stated in this article, coverage may be provided by a group self-insurer authorized in Section 4(a) of the Act and approved pursuant to the rules of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Insurance.
Statutory Requirement. Any employee, except those covered by Article 23, reporting for work at the call of the Employer shall be paid her regular rate of pay for the entire period spent at the Employer's place of business, with a minimum of two (2) hours pay at her regular rate of pay if she does not commence work, and a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate if she commences work.
Statutory Requirement. In consideration of the functions and duties of the Department contained in this Contract the HMO shall retain at all times during the period of this Contract a valid Certificate of Authority issued by the State of Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
Statutory Requirement. Section 34.600, RSMo, precludes entering into a contract with a company to acquire products and/or services “unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in and shall not, for the duration of the contract, engage in a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel; companies doing business in or with Israel or authorized by, licensed by, or organized under the laws of the State of Israel; or persons or entities doing business in the State of Israel.”
Statutory Requirement. IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE ACTION TO PERMIT ITS IMPLEMENTATION BY AMENDMENT OF LAW OR BY PROVIDING THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS THEREFOR, SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE BODY HAS GIVEN APPROVAL.
Statutory Requirement. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the provisions of Section 56-7-1 NMSA 0000, xx amended, are applicable to this Agreement or any claim arising under this Agreement, then any agreement to indemnify in connection with this Agreement will not extend to liability, claims, damages, losses or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of (1) the preparation or approval of maps, drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, change orders, designs or specifications by the indemnitee, or the agents or employees of the indemnitee, or (2) the giving of or the failure to give directions or instructions by the indemnitee, or the agents or employees of the indemnitee, where such giving or failure to give directions or instructions is the primary cause of bodily injury to persons or damage to property.
