STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. Section 1. Management, Rights, and Responsibilities: All teachers covered by this Agreement shall perform the teaching and other professional services prescribed by the School District and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and by properly designated officials of the School District. The School District and its properly designated representatives have the obligation and duty to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School District insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
