Designated Officials definition

Designated Officials means an official responsible for ensuring compliance with the Controlled Goods Program, with responsibility within a certain area of the University.
Designated Officials means the President of the Board, the Vice President of the Board, the Secretary of the Board, the Treasurer of the Board and the Chief Financial Officer.
Designated Officials means the Mayor and Finance Director of the Village, acting together.
