Steam Keys. Developer will deliver to Fig 10,000 valid Steam game keys of the Licensed Game on the PC Licensed Platforms (or such other format of keys as mutually agreed) (the “Fig Keys”) no later than 14 days from the Licensed Game’s commercial launch to be held and used by Fig for the sale of the Licensed Game on Xxx.xx or to any pre-approved Distributors pursuant to Section 2.2.3 during the term of this Agreement and at Fig’s sole discretion. The Fig Keys shall be deemed the sole property of Fig and Developer hereby represents and warrants that Developer shall not, and shall not allow any third party to, interfere in any manner with Fig’s ownership rights in and to the Fig Keys, including, without limitation, any duplication, cancellation, or prevention of the distribution or redemption of such Fig Keys.
