Common use of STEEL CUTTING Clause in Contracts

STEEL CUTTING. The SELLER hereby agrees that immediately the steel cutting of the VESSEL has commenced, it shall send to the BUYER a telefax notice attaching a Stage Certificate in the form of the draft attached as Exhibit “D”, countersigned by the Classification Surveyor, certifying that the steel cutting of the first steel plate of the VESSEL in the SHIPYARD has commenced.
