Step 1 - Informal Step. A Nurse who feels that she has been treated unjustly or considers herself aggrieved by an action or lack of action by the Employer shall first discuss the matter with the appropriate Immediate Management Supervisor no later than ten (10) working days after the date on which she became aware of the action or lack of action. The Immediate Management Supervisor shall provide the Nurse with an answer within five (5) working days. If the Nurse is not satisfied with the response, either the Nurse or the Union shall indicate that dissatisfaction to the Immediate Management Supervisor within five (5) working days of the response.
