STEP 2 OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Failing satisfaction by the employee with the written decision in Step 1, the aggrieved employee shall then present his grievance in writing within five (5) working days and not thereafter to the Department Head or his appointee who will render his decision in writing, with a copy to the Director of Human Resources, not later than five (5) working days from receipt of the grievance. 2016
