STEP 2 OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Failing satisfaction by the employee with the written decision in Step 1, the aggrieved employee shall then present their grievance in writing within five (5) working days and not thereafter to the Department Head or their appointee who will render their decision in writing, with a copy to the Director of Human Resources, not later than five (5) working days from receipt of the grievance. 2016
