Step 3, Formal Sample Clauses
Step 3, Formal. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered in Step 2, he/she may appeal the decision within ten (10) work days from the date of receipt of the answer in Step 2, to the Superintendent President or designee. Within ten (10) work days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent-President or his designated representative shall give an answer, in writing, to the grievant.
Step 3, Formal. If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the grievant in Step 2, the grievant may, within five (5) work days of receipt of the immediate supervisor's answer, submit to the associate vice president or vice president the statement of grievance signed at Step 2 indicating the request for appeal. The associate vice president or vice president, or their designated representative, shall give the grievant an answer in writing not later than five (5) work days after receipt of the appeal.
